Manufactured in a large variety of compounds, including Neoprene, Silicone, SBR, Natural, EPDM and British Standard. Extrusions are profiles produced through a die in long or short lengths.

New dies can be produced at relatively low costs and with short lead times of 2-3 weeks.

We have extensive stocks of standard profiles including ‘D’s, ‘U’s, ‘P’s, Gate Seals and Fender. Also Tubing, Windscreen & Car Door Seals.

Extrusions: Fender

Large stocks of Fender are kept on site. Predominately manufactured from Marine Grade EPDM for U/V stability and non marking.

Extrusion: Gate Seals

This is one of our specialist product ranges. The full range of available sections are included in our

It includes ‘P’, ‘B’, ‘L’ (J Seals, music note) and fabrications. As well as details of sliding friction, material type and basic design assitance.

We supply seals for many different types of Gates, including, Mitre, Sector, Flap, Dipping Radial, Penstock, Bucktype Weir, Sluice and Hydro Electric. Our expertise extends to fitting and this gives us the experience to help with design.

Manufactured to order, normally in 1-2 days, from a variety of solid and expanded rubbers. Virtually all dimensions can be achieved as these are hand fabricated from sheet, and then machine cut and ground. Chamfers can be incorporated for weld relief.

We can advise on soft or firm requirements; closed or open cell rubbers with covers to resist oils and chemicals along with salt water. Maximum 6 metre lengths with or without adhesive backing and we stock a full range of adhesives and mastics to keep seals in place. Full range of samples available on request.

For example, PTFE to rubber bonding for chemical resistance or low friction. Formation of ‘P’ and ‘L’ shapes to incorporate fabric reinforcement for strength.

Rubber Hose in mandrel built, long and short lengths. Also Radiator hoses, 90° Elbows, Silicone High Heat, Marine Diesel Exhaust and Stern Gland (sold by the inch).

PVC Hose includes Clear and Braided, Green Tint and Black, Suction / Delivery and Nylon. Also Silicone and Neoprene Tube, (see extrusions).

Our full range of solid sheeting includes Natural, Neoprene, Nitrile, Insertion, Silicone, EPDM, Viton, Food Quality etc.,In both Commercial and British Standard Grades. For the softer seal, our closed or open cell expanded rubbers and PVC’s include, Natural, Neoprene, PVC/Nitrile, Silicone and Cross linked polyethylene.

Thicknesses are available from 0.8mm to 25mm and can be laminated.

Our mattings include Ribbed, Fine Fluted, BS Electrical, Stud, PVC, Accoustic Barrier Matting and Equine Mats.

Cut from sheet, strip is made to any size form all types of solid or expanded rubber and is available with adhesive backing if required.

Custom made gaskets, available either machine or hand cut to your drawings, or from our extensive range of standard sizes; O.D./I.D., table gaskets, square, rectangular etc.
